Welcome to Bluestream Counseling
I am Sarah Lambert, the owner of Bluestream Counseling Group. I have worked in the mental health and social services fields for over 15 years. My experience extends from working in Juvenile Detention, Adult Protective Services, Family Therapy through CPS, Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals, as well as military veteran work. I am the spouse of a USMC Marine Ret.
Through my vast experiences, I learned that with a helping hand, a listening ear, insight, and coping skills, people can overcome. I use techniques to challenge negative thinking and offer an abundance of positive regard.
Our group is amazingly crafted with such diversity, wisdom, accomplishments, education travel, and above all, life experience.
